Change of mind returns
Unfortunately, due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our products because of change of mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare professional.

Damaged or faulty returns
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where:

The product is damaged, or
The product is faulty, and
You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

We may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect by you.

Issues with delivery or shipping
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us and provide a photograph of your item/s and delivery package, so we can work on a solution.

For returns please contact us to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to us for assessment, exchange, or refund.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

Changes to our returns policy
Our shipping and returns policy is subject to Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page and are effective immediately.

This policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
